In 1985, Jim helped his wife Dixie incorporate Sleepcare. In 1990, he left behind his other ventures and became a full time employee. Jim has over 33 years experience in healthcare management. His previous jobs included , sales manager for Puritan Bennett Corp, Vice President of Nightingale Medical Services and President of C-P medical Products.. Jim has a bachelors degree in business administration.  Jim and Dixie now reside in Punta Gorda Florida where they are forming another center for Sleepcare in Sarasota.
