Dixie Snider, Chairman
When Dixie Snider began working with the sleep
studies field in the 1980s providing equipment for sleep centers
through the medical supply company she formed with her husband,
she quickly realized she could improve on what she saw in the
industry. In 1985 she set out to do just that, creating what
would become Sleepcare Diagnostics, a privately owned and

Jim Snider, CEO
|
|
In 1985, Jim
helped his wife Dixie incorporate Sleepcare. In 1990, he left
behind his other ventures and became a full time employee. Jim
has over 33 years experience in healthcare management. His
previous jobs included , sales manager for Puritan Bennett Corp,
Vice President of Nightingale Medical Services and President of
C-P medical Products.. Jim has a bachelors degree in business
administration. Jim and Dixie now reside in Punta Gorda Florida
where they are forming another center for Sleepcare in Sarasota. Contact him at

Jason Snider, President

President and Co-Owner, Jayson
Snider has served Sleepcare Diagnostics for
16 years. Beginning as one of the first laboratory
technicians in the company, Jayson now oversees
operations of all locations. Born and raised
in Mason Ohio, he resides with his wife and

Charlotte
Dillard: Director of Billing Services

After
graduating from Michigan State University, Charlotte started
her health care career at Harper Hospital in Detroit,
Michigan. Her initial position was that of patient services
representative,She later assumed the position of Credit
Department Supervisor. After moving to Cincinnati, Charlotte
spent 13yrs in management in the Mercy Health System. She
held positions of business manager and Director of Billing
before taking the position of Director of Billing services
for Sleepcare Diagnostics back in 2006.Contact

Jason Smith,RPSGT, Director of
Laboratory Services
Jason started with
Sleepcare Diagnostics as a sleep technician in September, 2001.He
became credentialed by the Board of Registered Polysomnographic
Technologist (BRPT) in 2003and is a member of the Association of Polysomnographic
Technologists (APT). Jason has excelled quickly in the company
previously holding the positions of Polysomnographic Technician,
Scoring Technician, Lead Technologist, Lab Supervisor, and
Center Manager. He has been the Director of Laboratory Services

Natasha Gadzala,
Controller
|
|
Natasha
joined Sleepcare Diagnostics in June 2004 as an
accountant. In September 2005 she was promoted
to Controller, overseeing the finance
department. Natasha is a graduate of Wright
State University and received a bachelor’s
degree in Financial Services. She currently
resides in Reading, Ohio with her husband and

Jason Crowe, Director of Patient Services

After
serving 4 years in the United States Air Force, Jason
started with Sleepcare Diagnostics as a DME technician in
July, 2003. Jason has excelled quickly in the company
previously holding the positions of Inventory Control
Specialist, DME Supervisor, DME Manager, Director of Patient
Services and Director of DME Services. He has been the
Director of DME Services at Sleepcare Diagnostics since

Amanda DeGroat, Practice
Manager
|
|
Amanda joined SleepCare in April of 2007. She
is a high school graduate of Valley View and
shortly thereafter obtained a nursing degree in
Kettering, Ohio. After working in patient care,
she moved into management and has been managing
physician practices in Dayton, Ohio since 1997.
During that time she decided to obtain her MBA
from Walden University and graduated in June of
2006. Amanda resides in Germantown with her
husband, Jason and her two children, Chase and
